Assembly Statement on Parliamentary Elections in Armenia

Washington, D.C. - The announcement of parliamentary elections in Armenia this June is very welcome news. Reiterating our commitment to non-partisanship and respect for the decisions of the people of Armenia and Artsakh, the Armenian Assembly of America applauds this renewed commitment to democracy.

Established in 1972, the Armenian Assembly of America is the largest Washington-based nationwide organization promoting public understanding and awareness of Armenian issues. The Assembly is a non-partisan, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt membership organization.
