BREAKING: Truce Announced After 10 Hours of Peace Talks in Moscow

Following ten hours of peace talks in Moscow between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, mediated by the foreign minister of Russia, a humanitarian truce was agreed to, effective October 10. The terms of the ceasefire were still to be worked out and negotiations for a settlement are to resume under the auspices of the pre-existing Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group format.
