Yesterday, the Terjenian-Thomas Armenian Assembly of America class of 2014 interns went on a tour at the Library of Congress followed by a discussion on Armenian related issues. Dr. Levon Avdoyan, the Armenian and Armenian Area Specialist at the Library of Congress, gave the group an interesting tour, and an insightful lecture.

Some of the subjects included in the post-tour discussion include the Armenian Genocide, the National Archives, and the Armenian DNA Project. Overall, this group of bright and young interns enjoyed the tour and got Library of Congress cards so they can return to the Library of Congress on their own time.
