Remembering 9/11, 25 Years Later

Washington, D.C. - Twenty-five years ago, our nation watched an unthinkable tragedy unfold. Today, the Armenian Assembly of America joins Armenian Americans and communities across the country in remembering the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, including members of our own Armenian-American community.

We also honor the first responders and everyday Americans whose courage and sacrifice reflected the very best of our nation.

To the families, friends, and loved ones who continue to carry that loss, we remember with you. We will never forget.

Established in 1972, the Armenian Assembly of America is the largest Washington-based nationwide organization promoting public understanding and awareness of Armenian issues. The Assembly is a strictly non-partisan, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt membership organization.
