Schedule of Events Dedicated to Artsakh’s 25th Anniversary of Independence

The following events will take place in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic to commemorate its 25th Anniversary of Independence.

Thursday, September 1

10:00 AM – Lessons titled “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is 25 years old”  in all educational institutions of Artsakh 12:00 PM – Sports and cultural events at Renaissance Square in Stepanakert 8:00 PM – Concert by the Military Orchestra at Stepanakert central park

Friday, September 2

10:30 AM – Procession from Renaissance Square to the Memorial Complex 11:00 AM – Flower-laying ceremony at Stepanakert Memorial Complex 12:00 PM – Outdoor holiday events in Stepanakert (Stepan Shahumyan Square, Charles Aznavour Center, Marshal Baghramyan Memorial, Children’s Creativity Center, and St. Hakob Church) 2:00 PM –Exhibition called “The History of the Currency of Armenian” (NKR Culture and Youth Palace)           5:00 PM – Shushi Hostel Complex opening 8:00 PM – Holiday Concert 10:00 PM – Fireworks at Renaissance Square

Saturday, September 3

11:00 AM – Opening of a new district in the village of Aghavno, Kashatagh region
