Washington, D.C. - A panel discussion titled "One Year After the Russian-Brokered Ceasefire Agreement on Artsakh," featuring Artsak Beglaryan, State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, will take place today, Wednesday, November 10 at 12:00 PM (EST), in an event hosted by The Program on Peace-building & Human Rights at Columbia University's Institute for the Study of Human Rights, and the Armenian Students Association.
